This policy governs the privacy of those who use any of our plans purchased through the #itsfine app and also those who use the website and explains to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information while using our plans or browsing or using this website, including your rights under current laws and regulations. If you do decide to sign up to one of our products, we will need to collect and process information about you to create your account. The information we may ask for is as follows:

  • your phone number 
  • gender 


In addition, if you decide to purchase one of our plans, we will require more in-depth information to be able to accurately assess your needs and ensure our plans are tailored to your requirements. The additional information would fall into these categories: 


  • health and lifestyle questions 
  • personal photographs (these are optional) 
  • existing eating patterns 
  • medical information, in the event of a complaint or cancellation issue

Any information you supply through the interactive areas of our website and of any of our products is done so voluntarily and at your own risk. By interacting with these features or across any of your social medial platforms, you are also providing consent for us to contact you.   

The payment for any products you purchase from us is undertaken through your chosen application marketplace, i.e. the Apple App Store or Google Play, who will ask you for information relating to the payment details, such as credit/debit card details. We will not share any personal information with these third-party providers, nor will we receive any of the financial information that you provide to them. How do we use your personal data? 

We may use the personal information that you provide for the following purposes: 


  • to enter into an agreement with you to provide our services or products and in the provision of those services and products. 
  • to log and process your order in our information systems

  • to provide you with ongoing updates and information relating to the product you have purchased as well as developments within the businesses as a whole

In addition, if we reasonably believe that you are or may be in breach of any of the applicable laws, we may use your personal information to inform relevant third parties such as your email/internet provider or law enforcement agencies about the content.   

In the event of the sale of all or part of the ownership of the business(es), should the information we hold be affected you will be notified either via email or through information provided on the website of such changes, how they affect you and what options you have with regard to the changes.

Important note

The information contained within this website is designed for the use of consenting adults only. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child (in our opinion anyone under the age of 18 who we would consider unsuitable for the products we provide) has purchased a product or is receiving information from us, please bring this to our attention by emailing, where we will ensure the appropriate steps are taken to remove them from our databases. 



In accordance with data protection laws and good commercial practice, we do not retain data in a form that permits identification of the person(s) to whom it relates for any longer than is necessary. Once the purpose for which information has been collected has been fulfilled, we will either permanently delete your personal information or remove all identifiers within it so that it is no longer personal data. We may use such anonymised data for research and/or business analysis purposes. 

Where you have provided us with personal information in order to purchase a plan and set up an account with us, we will retain those details for as long as your account remains active. 

Following the closure of your account, i.e. one month after the last payment has been made, we will then keep the information for a further 12 months, after which time all of your information will be removed from our system. 

Where we obtain your personal data in relation to the use or purchase of our services or products, including VAT or invoicing information, we are obligated by law to keep this for a minimum of six years.
